Cogeneration plant construction
We have the skills to fully develop turnkey cogeneration plants based on boilers fuelled by gas, fuel oil, biomass, or coal.
You have our support from the concept development stage and the optimisation of the generation unit. Then we execute the entire investment process across all disciplines: from engineering design, picking and packing, manufacturing of equipment and systems, installation and commissioning, followed by warranty and post-warranty services.
Heating plant construction
We can deliver boilers fuelled by gas, fuel oil, biomass, or coal – they are the heart of every heating plant.
The investment process starts with determining your needs and requirements.
Depending on our experience, we can ensure assistance in the optimised selection of a generation unit and the installation of its auxiliary systems necessary for safe and reliable operation. We carry out all projects in a comprehensive, “turnkey” manner.
Boiler and pressure component construction
We manufacture complete steam and water boilers, as well as their individual pressure components. We provide end-to-end services, encompassing engineering design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, while on request we also prefabricate boiler pressure parts based on a previously submitted design.
Our prefabrication services include membrane water walls, steam superheaters, water heaters, air heaters, pipelines, etc.
We also prefabricate pressure parts for non-power process systems.
Overhaul, retrofitting, and installation of boilers and power plants
We overhaul, retrofit, and install water and steam boilers along with their auxiliary systems.
We can also install complete process plants, including piping systems, pumping stations, and other facilities.
Our experienced team guarantees the professional and timely execution of our work.
We have expertise in welding components for pressure equipment and pipelines. Our highly qualified welding personnel hold essential certificates issued by independent bodies and feature an experienced welding supervision team.
We can weld the following types of steel grades:
- Non-alloy steel: P265GH, S235JR, P235÷P355, S235÷S355
- Low-alloy steel: 16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5, 10CrMo9-10, 14MoV6-3
- High-alloy steel: X5CrNi18-10, X15CrNiSi25-21, and other steels containing chromium and nickel.
We employ the following welding processes:
- Coated electrode metal arc welding (111)
- MIG (131) / MAG (135) and TIG (141) gas metal arc welding.
- Shielded arc welding: universal automatic welding machines, orbital welding, welding line for water walls (121)
- Gas welding (311).
We also have a Heatmasters unit with a maximum power output of 120 kW and a maximum heating temperature of 1000°C for annealing and pre-heating welding components. The entire process is digitally registered and controlled.
Material Testing Laboratory
We established our certified Material Testing Laboratory in 2001.
We are recognised by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). Our operations are based on PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025.
We combine the unique experience of a manufacturing and repair organisation that has operated in the power sector since 1991, along with the specific testing competences of an industrial laboratory.
