Przedsiębiorstwo Remontu i Montażu Urządzeń Energetycznych „ENERGOSERWIS” S.A. specialises in welding pressure equipment elements, pipelines and steel structures. We employ highly-qualified welders, who are certified by independent entities.

Here are some examples of welded steel types:

Non-alloy steel: P265GH, S235JR, P235÷P355, S235÷S355

Low-alloy steel: 16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5, 10CrMo9-10, 14MoV6-3

High alloy steel: X5CrNi18-10, X15CrNiSi25-21, and other chrome – nickel steel

Welding processes used:

Arc welding with coated electrodes (111)

Gas-shielded arc welding MIG (131) / MAG (135) and TIG (141)

Submerged arc welding: universal automatic welding, orbital welding, welding line for tight-wall screens (121)

We have a Heatmasters device (maximum power of 120kW and maximum heat of 1000 °C) for annealing and preheating weldments. Record and process management is computer controlled.
